Michael Alford

Michael Alford is a contemporary British figurative painter known for his acutely observed, deftly-painted scenes of contemporary life. His diverse output reflects his interest in a range of subjects including cityscapes, street scenes, landscapes, nudes, figures and portraits. He is a prominent muralist and a three-time war artist in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Michael exhibits widely in London galleries and across the UK, as well as in Europe and the United States. He sells his work internationally and his paintings are included in private and public collections, including that of the National Army Museum. His decorative murals feature in homes, restaurants, hotels, palaces and public spaces around the world.
